This was a renovation and improvement project for new TrashRacks and access bridge at the T.W. Sullivan Hydroelectric Plant at Willamette Falls in Oregon City, Oregon. The new trash racks will prevent debris from entering and damaging the hydropower turbines. The plant is owned and operated by Portland General Electric (PGE). Built between 1888 and 1895, it is the source of the nation's first long-distance power transmission. PGE's Sullivan Plant at Willamette Falls is one of only a few dozen hydro-plants in the country officially designated as "Green."

SDD supported the 3D design and detailed this project in its entirety. This included complete 3D BIM Models, Shop Drawings, Assembly and Erection Drawings, Bill of Materials and .DXF files to CNC all steel plates.
